Additionally, we sponsor charitable activities that involve all employees, including the JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge, the Hustle up the Hancock, and others. Many employees, along with their families and friends, participate in these events.
We welcome opportunities to engage local schools, providing tours and presentations at our office for students from grade schools through master’s programs, as well as speaking engagements for different school groups. We partner with local colleges including University of Illinois and University of Chicago to help students gain more exposure to the trading industry through hands-on projects.
We have partnered with the Salvation Army for a daily pick-up of food , with an average of 50 meals per week being donated.
We host other charity drives throughout the year, including a school supply drive in the fall and a food drives throughout the year. During the holidays, employees enthusiastically support our Secret Santa program, purchasing gifts for underprivileged children through various “Letters to Santa” programs. Every year, our participation grows.
