At the core of our firm values is the value that we place in our people. Integrity
Spot values both the individual integrity of each of its team members, and the cumulative integrity that has been built up in the firm since inception. Integrity doesn’t stop with trading rules and regulations, rather our integrity is on display daily with business partners and vendors that we deal with. Our belief in mutually beneficial business relationships and allowing our deeds to follow our words send the right message to those who we do business with now and those who we will engage in the future.
Passion
At our core, Spot’s people all are united by a fundamental passion for solving problems. We view passion as the glue that binds an individual to their respective talents and skills. Passion is often the decisive factor in determining a winner amongst parties of equal talent levels. Each team member at Spot brings their individual passions to work each day, and the power of that united passion, in combination with the talents that we possess is what will fuel the success of Spot for years to come.
Excellence
Spot’s people, integrity, and passion all work together to support our final value of excellence. We measure ourselves against this value each day, refusing to settle for results that are “good”. Our pursuit of excellence in the organization has led us to critically think and re-think what processes need to be put in place to have our firm thrive in the future. We accept the fact that a large amount of courage is necessary in the short-term to achieve this value, all the while knowing that the excellence that will result in the future is worth the effort.
