Director of HR
Spot Trading, LLC is currently seeking an experienced Director of HR to join our Chicago office. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
The Director of HR will partner with the Leadership Team to outline a strategy for all HR needs impacting the firm. He or she will lead and manage change, resulting in a positive impact that strengthens the business and aligns with our vision. Develops the overall Human Resources plan within his or her scope of responsibility. Leads a team of HR and business professionals in flawlessly executing on HR/business aligned plans and building & implementing efficient and scalable processes. Leadership responsibilities include performance management across all groups, driving and implementing a variety of HR initiatives, and the influence of both strategic and tactical business decisions through partnership with senior leadership. The successful candidate will possess 10+ years experience with a minimum of five years leading the HR function for fast-growing, entrepreneurial firms.
